These terms cover use of vendrixis.com, operated by Le Salon Nostalgique LLC. Paid work is covered by a separate statement of work.

The service

Le Salon Nostalgique LLC provides Vendrixis software for salon-group operations. The website does not sell or schedule personal appointments.

Using the site

Use the site for lawful business inquiries, give accurate contact details, and do not disrupt the site or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.

Limits of the public pages

Intake features store forms you design. They are not medical advice.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and the Vendrixis name belong to Le Salon Nostalgique LLC or are used with permission. A contract assigns project deliverables only when it says so.

No project until it is signed

Email and these pages do not start work. A project begins when both sides sign a statement of work that names scope and fees.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, implied warranties are disclaimed, and liability for a website claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Limits do not apply where the law forbids them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Courts in Contra Costa County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except for injunctive relief over intellectual property.
